Conservice is born! Founded by Dave Jenkins in Logan, Utah. The company begins with two employees and one client. We immediately start celebrating May the 4th! #starwarsfans

2003
We start installing meters to more accurately track resident utility usage.
Growing, growing, gone! Conservice expands into the Student Housing market. We outgrow our first humble office and relocated to a larger space.
2004
2005
YODA utility management software is created, revolutionizing utility technology for the real estate industry.
Synergy enters the scene, enabling clients to save money on utility provider invoices through audits, bill pay, and expense management.
2006
2007
We hire our 100th employee!
Conservice celebrates 10 years of utility management excellence.
2010
2011
We expand into the Single Family market and release utility automation technology.
Conservice opens our San Diego, CA office.
2012
2013
We’re #1! Conservice becomes the galaxy’s leading utility management provider (atleast to the best of our knowledge). We hire our 500th employee this year. We host the first annual multifamily client retreat.
15 years of Conservice and over 1,000 employees.

Our new corporate headquarters building is built in Logan, UT.
Conservice opened an office in Rexburg, ID.
2017
2019
Spanning time zones, we opened up an office in Columbus, GA.
20th anniversary! We celebrate by passing the 2,000 employee mark. We expand our Commercial capabilities by acquiring Capturis, based in Mandan, ND.
2020

Our ESG and sustainability solutions got a massive boost with the acquisition of Goby, The ESG platform, also providing Conservice with a Chicago, IL office.
