Onboard Is Now Conservice Internet Management

Since 2017, Onboard has been singularly focused on transforming how internet is delivered, supported, and monetized in the real estate industry. We’ve built a platform that simplifies bulk and non-bulk internet programs for owners, enhances the resident experience, and drives real NOI impact. From due diligence to deployment to ongoing support, we’ve created and managed programs across more than 185,000 units nationwide, serving multifamily, single family rentals, build-to-rent, manufactured housing, and new developments.

In 2024, we were acquired by Conservice, the nation’s leading utility management provider. Today, we’re excited to announce our next chapter.

Starting February 2, 2026, the Onboard brand will officially transition under the Conservice brand as Conservice’s Internet Management product, part of a broader company alignment under the Conservice organization. Our customers will still work with the same Onboard team and benefit from the same platform and support they rely on today. But with new advantages made possible through deeper integration with the nation’s trusted utility management provider.

Why now? Why this change?

We believe internet is no longer an amenity. It’s essential infrastructure. The same way properties manage power, water, and trash as critical services, internet now demands the same level of oversight, automation, and resident-first delivery.

Over time, Onboard’s internet management platform will integrate into the Conservice ecosystem, creating a unified utility and internet management experience that provides our clients with:

  • One partner for utility and internet operations
  • One support model for both residents and site staff
  • One brand that reflects our collective value across the full tech and infrastructure stack

What isn’t changing for our customers:

  • Your bulk program remains fully intact
  • Your support contacts stay the same
  • Your residents will continue using the same tools and support paths
  • You can expect the same proactive management and ongoing account oversight you’ve always had

Our team remains fully dedicated to your internet success. And soon, we will be able to bring even more to the table.

What this unlocks for the future:

With this transition, we’re entering a new phase of internet as infrastructure, with the resources, integrations, and enterprise scale to help you manage internet with even greater ease:

  • Tighter platform integrations (including resident internet billing and expanded property management system integrations)
  • Enhanced financial tracking and NOI modeling inside your customer portal
  • Expanded implementation and support capabilities
  • A stronger product roadmap that scales with your portfolio

We’re not just changing our name. We’re leveling up the entire experience.

Why “Internet Management” matters

You’ll start seeing our offering referred to as Conservice Internet Management. That’s because what we do goes far beyond selling internet service. We manage the full lifecycle of your program: contract negotiation, deployment, resident marketing, billing support, compliance, renewals, and reporting.

This model helps you:

  • Eliminate internal handoffs and vendor confusion
  • Boost NOI through structured monetization
  • Support residents without burdening staff
  • Operate consistently across providers, geographies, and property types

That’s internet management, and it belongs right alongside utilities as a core operational function.

From the beginning, we’ve believed in a better way to deliver internet.

As we sunset the Onboard name, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and grateful for the customers, partners, and team members who helped shape it.

This isn’t the end. It’s the evolution of everything we’ve worked toward: a seamless, end-to-end experience that connects infrastructure, technology, and residents like never before.

We’re still here. We’re still the Onboard team you know and love. We’re just doing it all, now, under a more unified utility and internet management approach.
