2000: Conservice is born! Founded by Dave Jenkins in Logan, Utah, the company began with two employees and one client.
2003: We began installing meters to more accurately track resident utility usage.
2004: Growing, growing, gone! We outgrew our first office and relocated to a larger space. Conservice also expanded into the Student Housing market.
2005: YODA utility management software is created, revolutionizing utility technology for the real estate industry.
2006: Synergy enters the scene, enabling real estate clients to save money on utility provider invoices through audit and payment processes.
2007: We hired our 100th employee!
2010: Conservice celebrates 10 years of utility management excellence and expands into the Military market.
2011: We expanded into the Single Family market and released utility automation technology.
2012: Conservice opens the first remote office in San Diego, CA.
2013: We’re #1! Conservice became the nation’s leading utility management provider by a considerable margin. We also hired our 500th employee this year. This year we also hosted the first annual industry retreat.
2015: 15 years of Conservice and over 1,000 employees.
2016: We opened the doors to our corporate headquarters in Logan, Utah that you know and love today!
2017: Conservice opened new remote offices in Clearfield, UT and Rexburg, ID.
2019: Spanning time zones, we opened up another remote office in Columbus, GA.
2020: 20th anniversary! We celebrated by passing the 2,000 employee mark.
2021: We acquired Goby ESG, expanding our ESG and sustainability offering.
